Miedzianka Brewery is a small brewery located at the foot of Janowice Mountains, over the beautiful valley of the Bóbr River.
The building was designed in a way that enables you to get a glimpse of the brewing process while enjoying the surrounding views. Here, you will get a unique opportunity to fall in love with good beer and Janowice Mountains.
The owners want their beer to be clearly associated with the place where it is made, i.e. in the village of Miedzianka. They want it to be seen as Miedzianka beer.
The six main beers are: Rudawskie, Cycuch Janowicki, Górnik, Mniszek, Wołek, Boberek. Each of them tells a different story. From time to time, Miedzianka Brewery offers seasonal beers such as Cycuch Jabłkowy and Piernikowe Świąteczne.
Next to the brewery, there is also a restaurant with excellent food which is made using produce from local suppliers. The owners care about quality and taste a lot. The place can be visited all year round and the menu is changed according to the season. Tired travellers can use the brewery’s accommodation - rooms for married couples with a terrace and a beautiful view of Góry Sokole (the Hawks’ Mountains), and twin rooms. An additional advantage is peace and tranquillity, and a glass of the golden brew. A visit to Miedzianka Brewery is possible by appointment.
